2. What we collect

  • Account data: If you create a customer account, we collect your login credentials and associated order history.

  • Identifiers: Name, shipping/billing address, email address, phone number.

  • Commercial data: Purchase history, product preferences, payment details (processed exclusively by PCI-DSS compliant third parties — we do not store raw card data).

  • Marketing preferences: Email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.

  • User-generated content: Product reviews, ratings, and any content you submit via our review platform.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, browsing behaviour (collected via cookies — see Section 7).

To operate our global store, customer data from the EU/EEA is transferred to and processed in the United States, including by our US entity, Fuel UP USA Inc., and by service providers such as Shopify, our analytics, payment, and advertising partners.

Such transfers are governed by appropriate legal safeguards in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or through vendors certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, as applicable to each provider.
